Dr. Sarabeth Leonard - Physical Therapist

Dr. Sarabeth Leonard is the founder/owner of Factor Physio. She received her B.A. in Music Performance at Florida Southern College where she competed as a collegiate swimmer. She received her graduate and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2016 at Duke University. Dr. Sarabeth is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is also a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach and worked as a personal trainer.
Dr. Sarabeth has treated a variety of patients including young athletes, professional athletes, and recreational athletes. Dr. Sarabeth has cultivated strength/training plans for athletes at all levels, including a Raleigh clinic that focuses on runners of all experience levels.
In the clinic, Dr. Sarabeth works with patients to come up with the most effective treatment for each individual. Her treatments may include dry needling, cupping, and other manual therapy techniques. Dr. Sarabeth places emphasis on working with clients on healing and preventing injury and performance enhancement.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sarabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs. She is still an avid athlete, having recently qualified for the Ironman World Championship and currently training for an ultra run.
Jessica Owens - Massage and Bodywork Therapist

Jessica is the founder of Body Matrix. Originally from Colorado, Jessica received her Associate's Degree in Occupational Sciences for Massage Therapy at Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2010. For 14 years she practiced in Colorado and then in Florida. In June 2024, Jessica made another relocation to North Carolina where Body Matrix was founded.
Jessica specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Sports, Prenatal, Oncology, Swedish, TMJ and more! Her goal is to provide an individually tailored massage to alleviate problem areas and enhance quality of life. She believes in a well rounded and multifaceted approach helps to balance the body more sustainably than quick “band-aid” fix approaches. Jessica strives to further her education as well as, educating her clients in a holistic root cause focused approach to massage and bodywork.
Jojo Polk - Trainer
CPT, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, TRX Training Certified
Jojo has his bachelor’s in health and human performance and has been in personal training for the better part of a decade. He owned and trained CORE Fitness Studio and has a background in one-on-one as well as small group performance training. Jojo understands what it takes to build a dynamic exercise and health routine’s that are fun while keeping his clients safe. As a former arena football player, Jojo suffered neck injury leaving him paralyzed but he fought his way back to a full recovery and a higher level of performance through determination, intensity, and guts.
Jojo created a mantra inspired in part by a former coach. He uses “DIG” as an acronym to describe his motivation: Determination, Intensity, Guts. These words carried Jojo through his recovery and he uses to motivate his clients to reach their highest potential. Jojo encourages his clients to believe that no matter what they want in life, they have to have the determination to start and the intensity to hustle hard but the key to the whole program is having the guts to try new and sometimes challenging things. Jojo carries that message to every person he encounters, whether in training or friends and family.

Ashley Lambeth - Trainer
Ashley founded DreamBody Productions with one vision: to educate you on the fundamentals of fitness and build confidence in your body and mindset.
Her programs provide structured support as you build strength, healthy habits, and sustainable change.
With over a decade of experience, Ashley has accumulated multiple specialty certifications to accommodate a broad range of clientele including: American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer + A.C.E. Specialty Certifications in Orthopedic Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Sport Specific Conditioning, Behavior Change and Functional Training.
Understanding that training is not one-size-fits-all, Ashley created "The DreamBody Method" used to assess and customize baselines in all programs and assessments. Her method provides you with efficient guidance in the areas of flexibility, muscle, cardio, fitness nutrition and mindfulness.

Michael Gonzalez - Trainer
Michael specializes in injury prevention, pain-free functional training, and nutrition. Originally from Miami, he has been a trainer for over 12 years with a NCSF training certificate.
Dealing with his own back and knee pain, he overcame his injuries by learning how to strengthen his imbalances and correcting his alignment. He understands the importance of proper body mechanics when it comes to physical longevity.
Michael believes it’s all about pain-free training no matter your personal level of fitness. Through an individualized program and proper progression, he is confident in helping you move better and ultimately feel your best.
Michael is passionate about nutrition and loves to cook. He promotes feeding your body natural foods that help reduce inflammation. “Let food be thy medicine”. He believes the road to a healthy lifestyle, starts in the kitchen. He will help educate you on the most nutritious foods and even provide delicious recipes.

Natasha Grimila - Trainer, Nutrition Coach
For the past ten years Natasha has carved her path in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and working at various nutrition shops. Natasha believes in implementing different applications of coaching depending on the client in front of her. Natasha wants people from all levels and backgrounds to gain knowledge on how they move mechanically as well as integrating approaches and techniques with food that will help them in the long term to own one’s health. Natasha helps people to realize their fitness and diet don’t have to be difficult. You can still break bread with family and friends while staying on your individual regiment that allows freedom to each individual based on their own needs. Natasha continues to educate herself daily with certifications and courses including; CPT, CrossFit Level 1, Precision Nutrition Level 1.
